Question Issues with Transactions

I am having an issue with purchasing credits using DBTech Credits. The transaction log in the database throws an error, however, the transactions shows up fine in PayPal. Is there something that needs to be setup for it to work?
 
“An error”? Is there any way you can be more specific?

Please remember whenever you are shown an error message to include the error message, otherwise it is impossible to assist you.
