Question installation

I've uploaded the "upload" files to my server via FTP agent (FileZilla) but everytime I try to "import product" from my admincp it gives me this error: /home4/point/public_html/core/packages/dbtechajaxthreads/class_install.php appears to be missing!

What do I do??

Make sure you are not uploading the upload folder but what is inside the folder if you need help installing it pm me can do it for you
