Bug Free products required any configured payment provider

As said in title.
I'm very surprised when after add a free product in cart, user (me) can't proceed because admin isn't configured any payment provider profile:

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future release (3.0.0b1).

Change log:
Fix: Free orders no longer require payment profiles to be configured
