Ok I found a great solution Email Marketing - SMTP services - Mailjet am satisfied with using their free SMTP Relay!

Will not really know if I am without a doubt happy for a few weeks of using their services.

Really simple setting up they supply the email SMTP Relay user name and password once you add your website domain.
