Legacy Exclude certain word from hashtag

Is it possible to exclude some words from hashtag?

A lot of my members used "#" for "#1", "#2", "#3", etc. I dont want those numbers to be hashtag. Anyway to exclude them? Or exclude all #<numbers> ?

Or maybe adding a minimum characters value of 2? After all, there is not really any one-letter hashtag.
Or let everyone set their own value in options...
