We're currently experiencing difficulties sending email to Hotmail (Windows Live / MSN services also) and AOL accounts.
I have contacted both their departments and requested the block lifted, but it may take some time.
This issue does not appear to affect GMail, so if you have a GMail address available I would suggest you switch your registered email address to GMail.
