Not planned Donate: Accept pledges only.

We'd like it if users could pledge to a donation drive only.

Then the moderator or user in charge of the individual donation drive can:

1. check off each pledge when they receive the money in their bank account, or
2. mark the pledge as cancelled, as the individual member's pledge will not be fulfilled.

The member themselves could edit their own pledge - i.e. adjust the value or cancel it.
