Legacy Display images in lightbox?

I'd like to display the images on a review in a lightbox instead of the full size on the page. Is there a way to do this without changing too much? For example, take the large image display out of dbtech_review_view_review and modify dbtech_review_view_review_img_list to fire the lightbox?

I've changed this thread to a Feature Request. The modifications needed are way too extensive for me to detail here, plus I'd have to physically code & test it before I could even tell you
