Implemented Defaults need some thought

Not strictly a bug but I think you should splash a big warning. By default you have an email digest setup and enabled so for newcomers as soon as I enable the addon it appears to start blasting digest emails without an opportunity for the admin to setup the config. You should be disabling things as pervasive as digest emails by default.
