Implemented Default to avatar pic for thread author in digest

To jazz up the digest use avatar pic whenever possible as the thread author pic.

Avatars and FontAwesome icons don't fit very well in emails, as the CSS needed for those things is quite heavy. It can introduce rendering issues if the CSS is too heavy.

Furthermore with the new design in the other request, this doesn't really have a good place to go either, so I don't think this can be implemented.
