Implemented Dark and Light theming

I'm noticing that it's a bit of a challenge for people to find a balance between styling changes for threads, posts etc and the dark and light themes a lot of us are now rocking.

Part question part suggestion would be to add some type of colour inversion for styling or perhaps a theme selector so that different style configs can be applied to different themes selectable by the user.
