I'd like to adjust the invoice but I don't know where to do it.

Small businesses are not allow to use sales tax in Germany.
I must have the following sentence on my bill.
Gemäß $19 Abs.1 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer ausgewisen.

If you disable invoices, there is no bill.
