Bug Currency block listed in Bank when banking is disabled for it

When the 'Can be banked' setting is disabled for a currency, the full 'block' for the currency remains on the Bank page. The Deposit and Withdraw buttons can then still be clicked and produce page not found errors. This is confusing, not clearly communicating that banking is unavailable for the currency, plus significant page clutter if you have a lot of bank-disabled currencies. On vBShop, the blocks are removed entirely.

As far as I can tell, this would only happen if the user had banked some amount of currency prior to that setting being disabled.

I'll filter the list of banked currencies.

Hm, I'm fairly certain when I first saw this I hadn't banked any of the currency yet, although I did later to test what you said -- if it was related to having banked currency.

EDIT: Ok, I just looked again now, and I don't see the disabled currency there anymore even though nothing changed...
