Configure Item: Profile Music MP3 URL are not working to add.

If that message displays, it means the resulting page is not actually a direct link to an MP3 file. Think Photobucket, if you LINK to images they will load the web page and not the image directly.

Have you tested the file if you upload it to your own server and used your own server's link? If it works from your own server, that would be the reason why the validation fails, the site doesn't return the correct content type.
