Question Code for Referencing Credits

Hi, I'm toying around with an idea. Not sure if this is something obvious or complicated: is it possible to reference the values of credits by username using HTML or PHP, for instance in a custom BBCode?

Simple example case being something like the following:

[credcheck]kbryant414[/credcheck]​

Output:

​

User: kbryant414​

Credits: 1,234​

Dollars: $5​

Woolongs: 50​
