Question Changing the color of Checkout Button

Is there an easy way to change the "View Card/Checkout" button without editing templates? This button, on my template, is hidden and can barely be seen and causes confusion during checkout. Is there a way to make this green like the purchase buttons so my members can see it?

Do I have to edit a template or is there some extra.less css that would accomplish this?

I'm not sure whether extra.less would be sufficient, your best bet would be to ask your skin developer as they will be in a better position to comment on what's possible with CSS
