Bug Can't send email to users in VB Admin

When trying to send a group email to the users it takes a very long time to process before sending to the first group (500 at a time) and then returns the following error after only listing 200 emails.

Your PHP installation only has 32 MB of RAM allocated, you should increase that to 256M or higher.
