So, understandably this is a legacy plugin that we purchased a long time ago and may not be supported any more, but I was curious if it was possible to pay for a a support ticket concerning our Advanced post/thanks like plugin. It's a small thing, but I'd love to get it working again.
The plugin only displays the AJAX update for the first type of 'thanks' interaction on a post. If a user clicks 'Likes' and then also clicks 'Grammar', the display only updates to show the 'Likes' count. The 'Grammar' click is saved but not displayed. This happens in both "Full" and "Compact" display modes.
The database is working correctly (as far as I know). Direct SQL queries on the dbtech_thanks_entry table show that all interaction types (likes, grammerhammer, etc.) are being successfully saved for the same post.
We were coming from 3.1.7 version, and I upgraded to the most recent version. --- Really appreciate it. This was a a forum that we had to move because of the PHP limits for Vbulletin, but there's a really important WIki feature that we want to continue.
Thanks so much!
