Legacy Bounced Mail handling and other options required

are the [DBTech] DragonByte Newsletter v1.1.1 handle Bounced Mail

also is there is an option to determine the user group which will be used the newsletter

also if i want to send newsletter to only register and Active Members from a certain period of time , (for example i want to send newsletter for only active member in last 300 days to avoid send mail to inactive members or bounce mail )
