Approved Birthday greetings

Please add birthday greeting email function to dbt mail. Its one of the top suggestions for XF:

It would fit dbt mail great and is very effective in bringing inactive members back.

I'd love to see this one for various reasons:

1. Over the course of the year we can email all recently active members with good reason.
2. As a birthday present we could send them a coupon for account upgrade. There is a coupons addon. We just need to insert a coupon code. This will help bring back members.

We had this on xf1 and it worked great.
