Not planned Alert options show everything

I don't use xenmedia, sportsbook, mediagallery, etc. My members see this page and are very confused. Please add conditionals so they aren't displayed if we don't use the add-ons or features.

This will not be implemented because doing so would mean that if those features were ever turned on, no members would receive those notifications until they went back into their UserCP and re-enabled the notification.
