After discovering a few issues with recent vBulletin 5 versions, we're releasing Advanced User Tagging v3.0.6 Alpha 5, available immediately for users running vBulletin 5.0.4 or higher.
This release fixes issues with the "Is Excluded" permission as well as email sending issues.

Advanced User Tagging v3.0.6 Alpha 5
Fix: The "Is Excluded" parameter wasn't working correctly
Fix: The format of quotes were changed slightly, causing quote notifs not to work
Fix: The UserCP settings were not having any effect
Fix: Email notifications weren't being sent
