Fix: Fixed a problem with viewing threads as a guest
Fix: Various Maintenance page problems have been corrected
Fix: It was previously not possible to add a new button due to the implementation of the Display Order feature
Fix: Various problems with seeing the button bar have been corrected
Fix: Deleted users showed up as blank usernames in the Search portion of the AdminCP
Fix: A Fatal error on the "List" page has been corrected
Fix: The "Hottest Threads / Posts" page had incorrect sorting order
