Bug Admin panel missing Add Category permission

Hi I installed the pro version of the gallery plugin.

In the admin panel the instance permissions "Can Add gallery " and "Can Set Category View Usergroups: Can set which usergroups can view categories in this instance" are missing

I have set everything correctly

Please help me with this . I am attaching a screenshot to show my problem

I need the feature where users can add their own categories. Right now there is no way to achieve this with my version of Gallery plugin

The equivalent is the Can Add Album. There is no option for users to create their own categories.
