1. Is it possible to sell points to users who want to pay for points? Example, sell 500 points to a user or allow a user to gift someone 500 points for $5.

2 Is it possible to change the store URL?

Only via DragonByte Credits. It allows you to sell credits for real money, including gifting the purchase to other people.

2 Is it possible to change the store URL?
Use the "Route filter" feature in XenForo :)
 
I see where you can add the payment profile to allow someone to purchase an upgrade with points, but what is the process for reloading points via a payment method?
 
Create a new Purchase event in DB Credits, leave everything default but expand the "Event Trigger Options" group and fill out those fields.
Thank you. I set that up, still a tad confused. Where would a customer make the purchase once that is setup? Do I need to create an item in the shop?
 
Click the drop-down menu then click the currency (or click on the currency anywhere else on the site it's clickable)

I see the tabs in your screen shot but I don't see transfer. I have tried adding the transfer event but I don't see it in the menu. Why would that not display?

You will need to add a transfer event to two currencies in order for the tab to show up - each individual currency's settings also deals with whether a currency can be transferred in or out of, as well as the exchange rate :)
