I have an old version of PhotoPost running on my forum. I'd like to replace it with Dragon Byte Galleries. Does professional installation include migrating photos from PhotoPost to Gallery? I had to choose ChinoPilots.com below but I want this installed in VikingPilots.com

vbDownloads was professionally loaded on my forum about 7 years ago and I've never had an issue with it. Suddenly it stopped working, the tab doesn't appear. I'm guessing it needs an update but not sure that will resolve the issue. Thanks

After running several test uploads I used FTP to delete the test files. I also deleted the categories in Category Manager . The old uploads still show up in "More From This User". I tried a Repair Cache, nothing. How do I get rid of references to deleted files?

Several boxes appear in both IE and FireFox that don't seem to have a purpose. This screen shot is using vBulletin's Default Style Since the file deletes without placing a check in the box. What are they for?

New install, paid DragonByte to do a professional install. From Admin account basic file upload works fine. However if i click on Is ScreenShot or Is Thumbnail the file fails to upload when Save is clicked and I don't get a screenshot or a thumbnail. What's the fix?

I have Allow Private Downloads and Allow Password Protection both set to NO. However the Add New Download page still shows those options available. Can I make those items disappear from the Add New Download page?

vBDownloads works from my Administrator account but not from the registered user account. I put the vBDownloads - General Permissions screens side by side and they are the same but I continue to get Error 500 - Internal Server Error when saving from Registered Users. I'm sure this is my error...

Guys I don't see a place to ask questions about purchasing your product so I'll ask here. I see a vBDownloads Lite (free), a vBDownloads and sometimes a Pro version. Is vBDownloads and Pro the same product?

Other than the 1 page readme file are there any documents in vBDownloads Lite? I'm trying to get a it setup but seem kinda lost.
