Yes I did: Rebuild Statistics and then Rebuild Button Click Cache and then also in the Menu "Repair Cache". Ok if I'm the only one who has this problem, I have to accept this.

The reason is: Later version of qtip has solved the compatibility issues with jquery < 1.9. I tested it on my forum: Changed the library to the latest version, jquery 1.11 (hardcoded in db thanks) and it works :D but the style was wrong - only the colours. Maybe it's easy for you to change this...
