That's how it appears yes, and you're correct it's the welcome event. I just renamed it :P. Try adding a few people to subs and using the Welcome event. You'll notice some of them get credited multiple times.

Alright I found out where the conflict is. It's with this mod: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=229608 With it disabled the chart shows up fine, with it enabled it doesn't show up at all. How to work around this without disabling it?
