We require them to email confirmation but we have always done that. This was working up until last week then all of a sudden the registered event stopped adding the points to the wallet.
Hello, no we have done nothing different. The bug just started out of no where. I have turned it off and on, set a new registration and still is not updating the wallet for the registration. People keep asking me what is going on with this. We need help with this. Thank you.
Hi, we noticed today that when someone registers they are not getting our assigned credits. When a new user signs up they get 5 reward points. it shows up in the transactions but then balance goes back down. This seems to be new as we never noticed this happened. I am attaching a screen shot...
