In the current view, it's really hard to quickly find items I need to ship with everyone leaving items in their cart, generating a bunch of pending entries.

For physical items, can you define the customer experience scenario on full vs partial payment? Do they see a partial or full refund from their side next to their purchase or does it still show the order as-is?
@Fillip H. sorry for double post, but can you add an option to specify whether the field should be printed on the invoice as well? That would be amazingly helpful, so a customer cannot dispute that what we sent reflects what they input.
