I appear to have an issue when I try to award more than one medal at a time, it returns the first username perfectly however any adjacent usernames are returned blank. I thought perhaps that I was mistyping them so I carefully went through and searched each user before adding the username...

Yes it shows on the default, however as I said I have a very heavily customised theme, so how do I manually add the code required to have it show on the customised theme.
