I understand. Since it alters the database before crashing I'd like to at least be able to back out of it. Is there an easy way of doing that?

I disabled all products one at a time, same problem - finally, I disabled the thanks mod itself - same error message. I disabled all hooks via config.php - still the same problem. I then re-enabled all hooks via config.php and began re-enabling each product. As I re-enable each one I get this...

Believe it or not, that helped solve it. I didn't know to go to the class_install.php file so I hadn't seen that error. Once I had the error I had a clue as to the problem. This is a Windows Server running IIS. I won't tell you I understand all this, but here's what created the problem...

I did indeed - apparently they aren't using Chrome.

I've installed the 2.0.2 update and the only color issue I still have is that in Chrome only the first color level works. I have three levels of yellow for 4, 8, and 12+ "thanks." In Firefox it works as expected. In Chrome the color remains at the first level once 4 is reached, and doesn't...

Glad to check -- I changed it to 6 clicks and then down to 3 clicks - didn't make any difference, the color disappeared on click #10.
