Ok, i just upgraded and the shoutbox is showing ok in my custom templates but nothing works! i created new rooms, not showing. everything is adjusted, instance are set, etc etc, but i still can't make a shout as it is only writing in texte area but doesn't get updated in the view :( Any ideas...

Ohhh crap, ok never mind. Got all the same plugins from live to test and tried already. You obviously have no clue where to search too lolll I will find it and tell you what i did.............one day ;) cheers

Well the worst part, is that i changed skin, added new original style of vB, did everything i thought would help and nada!!!! Ain't there anything that can give you a clue from the firebug images??? Mannnn i wish i would be better with HTML and all :(

Ok, i think i might have found the source of the error, tho, it is ambiguous since from my test site it works fine and on my live site it doesn't! Weird!!! Lets explain the facts; On my live site, in the PM's the quick reply text area & bbcodes bar are not showing when i have a template attach...

I looked into it and must have a bug somewhere in a script as it works OK on my test site and not on live one :( I hate that! lol Anyway, tks for the help, i will try to find where the trouble is coming from!

lol I never said that i removed anything myself from adding your plugin! The plugin itself removes the bbcodes and text window in PM_QUICKREPLY And when i disable the plugin ,the bbcodes and text area showes back again!! Can't add anything more then what you guys have specified of the...

Yep! Gone! The code removes every thing, as per what i see in firebug!

Ok, didn't thought to put the permission settings for shoutbox, oups loll as for where i want it to show, like all the other ones ,in the main page only. I'm french Fillip H. ;) I guess it as to be in addition to it! I removed the forumdisplay out of the instance manager. Tell me is it works...
