Issue is being handle via IM. If anyone notices these errors on their forum, simply configure any notifications which have statuses of new to fix this. A fix will be posted soon!

Hrm, I found a bug that would cause uploading to fail if pro was enabled with posting to a forum. Has this only happened with the new version of vBulletin?
