Bug Fatal Error on infraction

Got this error when giving an infraction:

Fatal error: Class 'DBTECH_RECOMM' not found in /home/site/public_html/dbtech/recomm/hooks/threadfpdata_postsave.php on line 14

Can you try replacing that file with the attached one and see if the infraction still causes the error.
