I'm consistently getting the following error message / email (running vBulletin 4.2.5 w/DB SEO 2.0.43):

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Are there any other solutions? We don't have or even know where to get the Thanks add-on you are referring to. Thanks guys! I'm getting like overwhelmed with these error emails daily here so really trying to get this resolved.
