Question Lite to Pro Install issue!

Okay so when i downloaded the lite version it worked great but for some reason when i upgraded to the pro version it messes with my ACP where i dont have all the tabs. Via
here

it wouldnt let me upload it directly

I can not move forward and would like some assistants if possible!

In vB4.2 that is all that is supposed to be there, all the rest of the settings for tabs and sublinks are in the Navigation Manager.
