Bug Force Users To Read PM's problem

Hi,
just tested this wonderfull mod.
I had some problem with Force Users To Read PM function.
So, i enable this function for some usegroup :

As you can see this mod must be enable for classic member only.
But it is enable for all usergroup, include admin.
Have i forget something ?
Second little problem :
PM Stats/Log : the % seems to not working (english and french) :

I'll check it out as soon as I get a chance, I lost my computer, and all my dev stuff, so I need to get it back up and going again. I'll post back here when I find something out.

To avoid such thing i make some backup and use a service like dropbox to always having my file back
