No, this is not duplicate content. Those pages have canonical URLs that tells search engines what to index, the post links are permalinks that lets you link to specific posts without needing to worry about the user's "posts per page" setting.

Hi Fillip H.,

Thank you for your time and generosity!

After reading your message, I looked for the "canonical" and found this:

this url
pipi
has this canonical
<link rel="canonical" href="http://todogatos.com/general/25210-pipi-post194105.html" />

this url
pipi
has this canonical
<link rel="canonical" href="http://todogatos.com/general/25210-pipi-post194104.html" />

this url
href="http://todogatos.com/general/25210-pipi.html
has this canonical
<link rel="canonical" href="http://todogatos.com/general/25210-pipi.html" />

each one directs to itself, when (in my humble opinion) they should lead to
<link rel="canonical" href="http://todogatos.com/general/25210-pipi.html" />

Am I wrong?

Thank you again!

That is definitely not intended. The Canonical URLs should indeed lead to the URL you pointed out.

I will correct this for Monday's update :)

Hello,

I did update last night to the new version, but still the same canonical. What am I doing wrong? Am I the only one with this trouble?
Could this be caused by some other misconfiguration?
I don't know what else to do...

I cleared the system cache via the AdminCP and the redirect is now working as intended. You didn't see it redirect to the correct thread URL before because of the performance-saving caching of DBSEO :)
