Hi,

At our website Kalandmester.com - Merjünk nagyot álmodni! - Címlap vBSlider caused some Internal Server Error for the last few hours and I had to disable it via admincp.

It happened either when or shotly after when some user posted this thread. https://www.kalandmester.com/showth...gazus-Szerepj%E1t%E9k-Verseny?p=4320#post4320

Also a side note about your support system:

If you remember how vBulletin forum lets people to name multiple emails / forum users for each licence so they should get support, I would stronngly suggest implementing a similar system (Or making a visible link to it if it already exists). As our other admin bought several dbtech products for our site, but when he is out of reach (working, etc) we can't even check the support forum for pro version. And for "urgent" stuff (like this one) waiting isn't the best option.

The only thing I can think of is that you may have forgotten to follow the v3.0.0 Upgrade Notes.txt readme file.

Can you please double-check that?

Yes, the directory is set to permissions 777. Same for the other subdirectory there. But there are no image files in either of them.

The thread that broke it has some img tag. So it seems the issue is indeed linked with downloading / storing external images.

For Exif I am not sure how to check if it is enabled, but cchecking in with
