Question Webmaster email?

Hi,
I'm just configuring the Security addon for the Watchers that are being created. I set it to "Email webmaster", but just curious, what email is this?
Is it my Administrator account's email, or something else? I just want to be able to choose the email address.

Got it, it emailed the board's default "Contact email address" when failed logins triggered. I'll update it from there.
