Legacy Need the option to disable Marquee Block on top

I think a perfect positioning to disable the Marquee Block is above any of the Marquee Block options up top.

You can already turn it off in the 4 different places by setting the following option to No.

Show Above Contribute List
Show Above Contribute Block
Show Above Goal Meter
Show Above Users Contribution List

Unless you are saying move those up in the lineup?

Hi Ozzy47, those are a lot of options to turn off the block.
What I was thinking is when you click enable the option to show the following:
Show Above Contribute List
Show Above Contribute Block
Show Above Goal Meter
Show Above Users Contribution List

But when you disable it then the following option should disappear.

Right, but most users will not want it to show in all those places, that is why each one can be disabled individually. If I set it on and it was on all four spots some people may not want it above the contribution meter.
