I am proud to announce the release of another new product, DragonByte Reviews!
This is being released as a closed beta for now as we continue to add to the product. We just wanted to get it out there so you can see it and give us input on what you would like to see as well.
DragonByte Reviews is a fully functioning Review system. Users can submit reviews for approval (or admin can set usergroups to auto approve) for just about anything under the sun.
DragonByte Reviews is setup with instances. This means you can have different review sections for different things. And to sweeten the pot, each system has it's own categories, rating questions and custom fields! You can also setup the viewable blocks of data per system. The default setup comes ready to review automobiles but it will only take minutes to switch it to something else.
Major Features
Multiple Instances You can run an unlimited number instances of the review system on the same forum with same set of files! Each instance can have a different look and feel to it with the help of the customizable display blocks, custom fields and custom rating questions.
AJAX integration We used AJAX wherever we could to help reduce the page reloads, including adding/viewing comments and rating reviews
Automatic image resizing All images added to the review system will be resized and have a thumbnails generated. This will help reduce the page load time but not having to dowload the full image when you just need the thumbnail.
