DragonByte Forum Tabs Closed Beta

Hi everyone,

We're pleased to announce that we are starting our closed beta for DragonByte Forum Tabs a modification that allows for a tabbed and categorized forum home, as is currently active on DBTech.

The mod already contains a number of key features (outlined below) and more are planned as we develop the closed beta. We are looking for active beta testers who will be able to report back their findings, including suggestions, problems and bugs. Please post in the discussion thread or in Cosmic's blog entry if you wish to be part of the closed beta and if you are accepted we will be in touch.

Key features already in place with #DFT (DragonByte Forum Tabs) are:

• Customziable Categories and Tabs
• AJAX powered Tabs
• Tabs refresh automatically
• Style can be adjusted for Categories
• Favourites Tab
• UserCP Favourite Management
• Quick add/remove Favourite on forum home or forum display
• Drop down menu add Favourite option in forum display
• Usergroup controlled permissions for each Category and Tab
• StyleVars for customizing the Tabs and Categories
• Option to sticky Tabs and Categories to prioritise them
• Categories not stickied are hidden in a spillover Category Tab
