Pending Activate Cloudflare Under Attack mode if load is higher than X for Y minutes

This is a request for XF2. It would be really useful to be able to automatically activate cloudflare under attack mode based on criteria.

For example:
Server load is over X for Y minutes.

I'm certain this would be a very popular feature. The problem with attacks is that they often happen when the admin is not online. Having a feature to automatically enable it, would block attacks from going on too long.
