I am using VBSeo. I want to discontinue it but at same time I dont want URL's to change or to lose organic traffic from google. Is it possible to migrate seamlessly from vbseo to your seo? And are detailed instructions provided?

I am unable to add in criteria, when I click the dropdown box provided, there is nothing, the box doesn't drop down. Is there a solution to this? I am assuming there is some installation error on my end, couldn't find a thread on this issue
