filling

When creating a new form entry, all of the default vB thread options at the bottom of the form. I'd like to be able to at the least, hide those options as it can be a bit confusing to someone if those options are not relevant to the form they are filling out.

I'd like to be able to autofill the title with something like this: Application for {username} Basically filling in username with the persons username that is filling out the form.
