Release notes

This version brings significant improvements to the Amazon SES integration, as well as more fine-grained outbound email limitations.

The Daily Stats feature in XenForo will now collect additional stats from your Amazon SES account, if you have configured API credentials in a new setting.

The Outbound Mail limiter now lets you set the number of mails per X minutes/hours/days rather than just a flat X mail per hour. If you have previously configured this setting, please double-check it after upgrading to ensure it's configured correctly for you.

The Inactivity Reminders system now uses the same Criteria system as email validation, and can be configured via a new button in the settings in much the same way.

The last major notable change is the fact that Digests are now sent no earlier than 12 noon and no later than 19 server time. This is to prevent issues where people would receive the digest at midnight and then be buried under other emails received while they were asleep. It is not possible to set this per-user.
