The only part of the "Whats Going On" that was removed, was the icon legend i believe. So it should show if it's not an add-on.

Hello, At this time i have no plans to release a Master PSD for the themes i create. Master PSDs are only included in Full Custom Theme requests. You should be able to do the adjustments without the PSD using Photoshop Filters. Regards, Scott

Hello, There is a few issues with this approach. The theme was designed to have it's width set MUCH easier then this. Your editing a lot of values which doesn't need to be edited and as a result causing issues. Body, html i never assign a width to, so somewhere during the editing process...
