Is there any way to add an indicator like [Deleted User] or something for users that changed usernames and then later left staff and requested an account deletion for whatever reasons? Currently, there's just a blank spot for deleted users under the Changed By column.

It's fine on the new style, but there's another small issue now.
The text when hovering on the button you click if you're not automatically redirected cannot be seen:
I noticed that when you log in the header of the redirect box overlaps with the header above it. It should probably be scooted down. :)
